One-to-One Sessions
All one-to-one sessions are taught online and run as 1-hour sessions in blocks of four. These are fully tailored to you and your individual needs.
Most of my weekly teaching is made up of one-to-one sessions, so spaces are limited. A free 30-minute consultation call is available to explore whether this approach is right for you.
Retreats

I often run monthly mini morning yoga retreats at Tall Trees Barn in Dunsby, Lincolnshire, from 10:15am to 1:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

I also offer overnight, weekend and week-long retreats in a variety of locations.


Additional Work
I work with schools, charities, events and corporate businesses.
